Share buyback

Overview

   In order to optimize the Group’s capital allocation, the Board of Directors has decided to execute a share buyback program of up to 300 000 shares. The share buyback program will start on 21 August 2023 and end until May 2026 at the latest. The execution of the program is subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals. The buyback will be executed via second trading line on SIX Swiss Exchange. Shares repurchased under the program are expected to be cancelled subject to shareholder approval.

Maximum Daily Repurchase Volume

CFT is limited to repurchasing a maximum of 444 shares per day (calculated in accordance with Art. 123 Abs. 1 lit. c FMIO).
